Alesa is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Retention at XCM Solutions and responsible for setting and executing the revenue acquisition and retention strategy for the sales organization. Her winning track record of 20+ years in Tax & Accounting Technology shows consistent success in driving sales results, holding people and teams accountable, creating successful sales strategies, attracting and cultivating key talent to support sales execution, and managing strategic account relationships to generate long-term revenue growth.

Alesa successfully combines astute strategic, business, technology and leadership competencies to deliver strong financial results and profitable growth throughout competitive technology markets. She is a sales executive who instills a desire to win by pairing a focus on sales results with a regular cadence around discipline, process, and talent management.

Prior to joining XCM Solutions, Alesa was at Oracle Corporation with the Financial Enterprise Performance Management market. She previously spent 12 years working with Wolters Kluwer and 13 years with Thomson Reuters in a leadership position as the Vice President of Corporate Sales.

Alesa graduated from Oklahoma State University with Bachelor of Science degree. She is based in Dallas, Texas and a proud supporter of the United Way Women of Tocqueville Leadership Group and Women Auxiliary at Children Medical Center.
