Michelle Walsh is responsible for XCM client support, training, and operations. She has more than 17 years of experience spanning across industries and functions.
Michelle started her career as an auditor at Eisner in New York, NY and later moved to PwC where her focus was in financial services, auditing Hedge Funds and Broker Dealers. She transitioned from public accounting into industry as an internal auditor at State Street Corporation in Boston, MA, where she later lead a professional services group overseeing learning & development, change management, talent management, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining XCM Solutions, Michelle worked in management consulting focusing on People & Change with a big four accounting firm.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Syracuse University. She brings a broad base of industry knowledge and global perspective to this role. In addition to a broad base of industry knowledge, she has a strong background in process improvement and an eye for delivering solutions that achieve business goals, increase efficiencies, and maximize effectiveness.
At XCM, Michelle focuses on building partnerships in the industry, maintaining strong client relationships, and engaging clients through communication and education. She is a 2017 Top 20 Under 40 Superstars honoree.
