Sue leads the marketing and branding strategy to advance XCM’s leadership position in providing workflow productivity enablement solutions to tax, accounting and finance professionals. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to XCM, with a proven track record of expanding revenue growth, establishing leading brand positions, and increasing market share through strategic marketing.
Sue has extensive experience marketing to tax and accounting professionals and across multiple industries. In previous roles, she successfully developed and led customer-centric marketing and brand strategies that advanced transformational and strategic brand awareness, driving entry into new markets, increasing growth, and accelerating the introduction of new products and services.
Before joining XCM, Sue was the Marketing Director at Honeywell (Salisbury), where she led implementation of a strategic marketing vision that helped to establish market leadership and drive significant revenue and OI growth across the entire portfolio. Prior to this, she held executive business and marketing leadership positions focused on tax and accounting professionals at CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business.
Sue holds a MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Sue has a strong passion for XCM, and is focused on growing the business while helping to maintain the unique XCM culture.
