What is your training and implementation process?

At XCM, we have initial and ongoing product deployment. The XCM team of implementation consultants have extensive experience working with firms and companies, and understand the challenges that can occur in a implementing a new technology. Our consultants tailor a roadmap that fits the unique needs of your firm or department and will work with you to document your processes, and evaluate your current processes against industry standards. This hands-on consultation process results in the creation of organization-wide best practices that will be reflected in the system. In addition, our custom training options, allows your organization to be up and running within a 6-week period. You will be assigned a dedicated client service representative who you will work with before, during and after your implementation, for the duration of your use of XCM.
